insecurity

 “Whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land – it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one – it is as if he had saved mankind entirely.” (5:32)

Sometimes we need Allah's words to strengthen the insecurities felt within our hearts.

Why am I bothering with the workload?

 I am not trying to save people's lives. I'm trying to do something that makes me feel that Allah is satisfied with me.
